2. Service Description

Growbit provides website development and social media management services through monthly subscription plans:

Starter Plan (₪500/month): Custom website design, domain connection, and 24/7 support
Expert Plan (₪1000/month): All Starter features plus social media management across all platforms

3. Subscription and Payment

All subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Provide necessary access and information for service delivery

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website we create for you. However, we retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio. Social media content created under the Expert plan is owned by you.

7. Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary based on project complexity and your responsiveness to our requests for information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Growbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Support

All subscribers receive 24/7 support through our chat system. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
